Staircases.

An outdoor staircase works under the same pressure as a façade: rain, salt, sun and the icy cycle of frost. That is why we make the treads in travertine,granite or marble, always with a non-slip finish: sandblasting, flaming or brushing, which leave a micro-relief that stays sure underfoot even in the wet.

We make the treads and risers from a single piece or in two separate elements, depending on the width of the staircase and the chosen detail. The front edge can be square, gently rounded or profiled. We recommend a square edge rather than a rounded one, for safety against slipping and falling.
