Stone floors and staircases: marble, granite, travertine. For spaces that record the years, not years worn away.
A floor and a staircase in stone are elements that record time in a space, not as wear, but as patina. We make internal staircases in granite andmarble, with treads and risers cut from the same slab so that the vein of the stone runs continuously through the whole construction.
We make floor slabs in standard and atypical formats, with narrow or wide joints, to the architectural design. For spaces with heavier traffic we recommendgranite, and for the rest marble and travertine in a polished or brushed finish.
The procedure is proven: making templates for irregular runs and precise cutting in the workshop, to your measurements. We resolve the finishes along the wall edges with floor skirtings in the same stone or in a contrasting tone, to your choice.
